CLICK A.I.R GASKET

Like our regular foam gaskets, the Click A.I.R gasket is designed to protect the eyes from irritants like dust and wind, by creating an effective foam barrier, but now this barrier can be unsealed to allow airflow. By a click of a button, the gasket is opened, allowing air to flow through the gasket and effectively venting the glasses and eliminating any fogging issues.

OLEOPHOBIC coating

Wiley X utilizes a proprietary oleophobic coating on all Captivate™ polarized lenses to create a smoother lens surface, which helps to keep dust, dirt, oil, snow and water from sticking to the lens. This in turn helps prevent smudging and water spots, making the lenses much easier to clean than an uncoated, standard lens.

HYDROPHOBIC COATING

Hydrophobic (hydro = water, phobic = fear) – water repellent coating. Lets the water slide off instead of sticking to the lens. Only on polarized lenses.

ANTI-FOG COATING

Anti-fog coating prevents misting on the lens in high humidity and temperature differences.

ANTI-REFLECTIVE COATING

The anti-reflective coating eliminates distracting reflections on the back surface of the lenses and ensures optimal conditions for the polaroid filter. Is only available with our polaroid lenses.  

HARD COATING

Scratch resistant coating protects against damage and extends the life of the lens.

SMARTTOUCH

SmartTouch system on index finger and thumb for easy access to smartphone, tablets or similar devices with touchscreen functions.
